At STUDIO TIA, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and sustainable packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in original condition with all garment tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
